Shipping Policy
   •    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
   •    Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location and courier. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
   •    Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Layby or custom orders may have separate delivery arrangements.
   •    Responsibility: Berrastore is not responsible for damage, delays, or losses during shipping once the item has left our premises—unless a delivery guarantee or insurance has been arranged at the time of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
   •    No Refunds: All sales are final. Berrastore does not issue refunds for any reason.
   •    Exchange Only: Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they are:
   •    In original condition
   •    Unused and in original packaging
   •    Accompanied by proof of purchase
   •    Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service as Berrastore is not liable for return parcels lost in transit.

 Warranty Policy

We offer limited warranties to cover manufacturing defects:
   •    Brand New Products: 6-month warranty
   •    Pre-Owned & Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Products: 3-month warranty

Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty:
   •    Accidental damage
   •    General wear and tear
   •    Misuse or neglect
   •    Unauthorized repairs or modifications
   •    Water damage of any kind
   •    Damage caused by external factors (e.g., power surges, environmental exposure)

All warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and must fall within the applicable warranty period.

How to Return an Item (for Exchange or Warranty)
   1.    Contact Us First: Reach out via our official channels with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
   2.    Wait for Approval: Do not ship items back until return instructions have been provided.
   3.    Ship Securely: Pack the item securely and send it using a reliable courier with tracking.
   4.    Processing: Exchanges or warranty evaluations are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
