We sell both brand new and pre-owned (including Certified Pre-Owned) Apple products. Each product is clearly labeled. Certified Pre-Owned items are thoroughly tested, cleaned, and come with a 3-month warranty.

Yes!
• Brand New: 6-month warranty
• Pre-Owned / CPO: 3-month warranty
Please note: Water damage, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

Yes, all iPhones sold at Berrastore are factory unlocked and work with all major networks, unless otherwise stated.

4. What battery health can I expect on pre-owned iPhones?
Our pre-owned iPhones have a minimum battery health of 85%. We ensure all devices pass diagnostics and perform reliably.

5. Can I return a device if I change my mind?
No. Berrastore has a no refund policy. We only offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase, and only if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Brand New devices include original Apple accessories.
• Pre-Owned / CPO devices come with compatible charging cables and adapters, unless specified otherwise.

7. Can I layby a product?
Yes! Berrastore offers layby plans of up to 5 months to pay off your purchase.
• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule.
• A 10-day notice is required before making the final payment.
• Cancellations incur a 20% deduction from the total amount paid.
• Missed or overdue payments may result in layby cancellation and forfeiture of payments made.
